The Danish Sculpture by the Sea festival includes a massive piece called Infinite Bridge extending out into the Thors Møllebæk River.

Gjøde and Povlsgaard Archtects explained:

The sculpture is more of an experience than a physical object. Therefore, it is not observed in the traditional sense, but one must interact with it, to experience opens up. The Infinite Bridge has ties to history. Untiul 1940 there was a long jetty at the place where the sculpture is located. The jetty linking the coast and the sailing guests from Aarhus city center of Varna Palace, which even then was a vacation spot. The main facade of the Palace is designed such that it should be seen from the sea, and the experience recreated with the sculpture.
