Looks like Dmitry Skylarov (the Russian programmer who was arrested a couple months back by the FBI on copyright charges for passing out a program that decrypted Adobe ebook files) is going to be let off the hook, in exchange for testifying against his employer back in Moscow.
The United States agreed that, if Mr. Sklyarov successfully completes the obligations in the agreement, it will dismiss the charges pending against him at the end of the year or when the case against Elcomsoft is complete.
