Digital Vegetables is an installation by PARTY that was part of the 2017 Tokyo Midtown Design Touch event.
The designers say that touching the different plants results in a customized lightshow based on the plant touched. There's not a lot of info to back up that claim, but it's still quite beautiful at night.
