From Photography is Not a Crime blog: “The man who recorded one of two videos showing Baltimore cops dragging a screaming Freddie Gray into the back of a police van was arrested Thursday night, two days after voicing concerns that police were trying to intimidate him by plastering his photo all over the news, saying they wanted to interview him.”
Moore is the man who, after Gray's death, released cell phone footage of Gray's arrest. He later told the Baltimore Sun that Baltimore police officers tackled the 25-year-old victim like “a piece of origami.”
Police detained Moore Thursday night, along with two others, after handing over a copy of that video to detectives with the department’s Office of Internal Oversight.
Photography is Not a Crime reports authorities took Moore into custody at gunpoint during a traffic stop. He was released two hours later.
