This video of a dog groomer deftly nurturing a bond of trust with a dog who's feeling very hostile, very defensive, and very much like biting and barking — wow, it's something to behold.
She's so talented.
Not sure where the original video came from, or who the woman in the video is.
There's a lot to learn from this short clip, however, if you have to interact with dogs you don't know.
