This inflatable bed is as comfortable as a regular mattress, and stores away in a corner of my closet.
My home is slightly off the beaten path. Friends frequently end up staying once it gets late, and bed space can quickly become a premium. When the couches fill up, I have two of these inflatable Intex queen-sized beds.
Simple to inflate or deflate with their own built-in pumps, these mattresses go up in seconds. You can pick your firmness by putting more air in, or letting some out. The vinyl is durable, and after nearly 10 years of use on the first one I purchased it shows very few signs of wear.
I find standard queen-sized bed-in-a-bag kits for the air mattresses, and they fit perfectly. I can move said mattresses around and give people nice views out the windows. When folks disappear, the mattresses do to! These are simple to fold back up and stick in the closet.
Leaving an air mattress out and inflated around an aggressive Maine Coon Cat can be hilarious, but I do not suggest it. Put the mattress away after use.
