The British Library has scanned an anthology of herbal remedies published in the 11th century. It was translated to Old English and illustrated throughout from an original Latin document attributed to the 4th-century scholar Pseudo-Apuleius.

These folios, sometimes called the Old English Illustrated Pharmacopoeia, contain an illustrated Herbal, comprising Latin texts translated into Old English, along with texts called Medicina de quadrupedibus, also translated into Old English. These folios was copied in the first quarter of the 11th century, possibly at Christ Church, Canterbury.
Even if you Old English isn't up to snuff, it's worth a look just for reviewing the gorgeous illustrations and Latin manuscript calligraphy.
