When this 97-year-old Toronto man was born, the auto industry was just turning mainstream. Roads made for horses were being paved over for automobiles and the "average" family could consider buying a vehicle.
So when his grandson Zac Carmi brought home a Tesla, he had some questions. Then, he accepted a ride in the electric car. Then, he had more questions.
I love his curiosity about every-little-thing.
One particularly sweet moment: When Carmi put his foot on the pedal to speed up, the near-centenarian laughed and said, "You gotta have a parachute to drive this car!"
