A North Texas man refused to pull over for police, leading them on a chase through five counties. He was forced to stop after cops set up spikes in the road and shot out his tires. Fox 4 News in Dallas-Fort Worth was on the scene when he was arrested and interviewed him. The drver was remarkably candid about why he did't pull over, explaining that he had weed in his car. "I had weed on me, yeah. I always have weed on me. I'm tired of getting arrested for weed."
