James Blake made a terrible mistake. He was outside in public while black. Here is video proof, released today by the New York Police Department.
Police Officer James Frascatore, who attacked him wearing street clothes, without showing any identification that he was a police officer, has been stripped of his gun and badge after the mistaken arrest. Frascatore has a history of abusive behavior, as WNYC reported last year.
