The low-light footage above is about 400,000 ISO. Imagine 4 million ISO, and you’ll have a good idea of the newly-announced Canon ME20F-SH that indie filmmakers, wildlife documentarians, and investigative journalists are all discussing this week.
Unfortunately, the ~4.5 inch cube-shaped ME20F-SH won’t do 4K, but 1080p resolution at 4 million ISO holds incredible promise for capturing much clearer images in low-light conditions at a (relatively) reasonable cost of $30,000. Expect to see some cool new low-light footage in 2016!
