Artist Randy Hage began photographing the wonderfully shabby storefronts in New York City's SoHo in the late 1990s as they began to vanish. Then he started bringing those photos back into three dimensions in the form of incredibly intricate 1/12th scale dioramas.
Since Hage launched the project more than half of the stores have closed or were torn down for new businesses.
