Famous musicians made out of their CDs

Two Italian artists are using CDs to create beautiful pieces of art and comment on music theft.

“Piracy” comes from art directors and designers Mirco Pagano and Moreno De Turco who use “greatest hits” CDs to recreate the images of musical icons. The project took over 200 hours and 6500 CDs. There are more photos as well as a really cool video on Behance.
