This time of year, a glimmer enters my eyes as I see the store shelves stocked with Cadbury Creme Eggs. Knowing my lust for the particular confection, a friend of mine sent me this deliciously decadent recipe, which I tried out.
It’s easy to do, and I also recommend using original creme eggs as well. Another tip: after applying the egg wash to the caramel-stuffed croissant, sprinkle with a little bit of sea salt—yeeesss, the stuff with big flakes—to add some extra goodness.
