Quin Etnyre is one of the coolest kids I know. He saved my butt a few years ago when he was my “assistant” at an Arduino workshop I gave.
A couple of weeks before the workshop, Quin made corrections to my code and wiring schematics via email. I assumed he was in his 20s. Then I met him at the makerspace where the workshop was being held and discovered he was 11 years old.
For a few years now, he’s been running his own Arduino technology company, Qtechknow, and now he has Kickstarted an Arduino compatible that has a built-in battery charger & fuel gauge ($25). It got fully funded immediately.
