For more than 22 years, the Forensic Anthropology Foundation of Guatemala (FAFG) has worked to identify and return lost loved ones to their families. Using forensic tools including DNA analysis, the non-profit works with victims and relatives of the Guatemalan conflict. The work they do changes lives, and has helped return dignity to over 10,000 families searching for their missing. FAFG now wants to share their experiences and apply their expertise in other fields to gain a global reach, such as the current and concerning topic of the unidentified migrants in Mexico and along US border.
FAFG founded Friends of FAFG in 2011 in the US to directly support and advocate for the FAFG and promote TRUTH, JUSTICE & DIGNITY with forensic investigations. Now we need your help to bring this even a step further.

Our goal is to raise $30,000 to fund an interactive website and open an office in the United States so that we can share the successes of the FAFG, testimonies of family members of victims, and foster a network of friends to advocate for FAFG and family members.
