Get Oculus Rift VR feature 'Banshee Chapter' free today

Oculus Rift fans can download 'Banshee Chapter' free today from Jamwix. Released in 2013, the 3D horror film based on H.P. Lovecraft’s From Beyond has been repurposed as a virtual reality feature.

Here's the 2013 trailer:

Shot in the POV-style of the found footage horror genre, a female journalist searches for a missing friend who had been experimenting with mind-altering chemicals developed in secret government drug tests. Things go south from there. It stars Katia Winter, Ted Levine, and Michael McMillan.

We'll see a few more proof of concept type films like these before the game-changing feature, but in the meantime you can get scared for free today, like early Christmas and Halloween combined.
