We had a blast at the legendary Village recording studios in West Los Angeles on September 13 for another edition of the Twilight Session music showcase, co-hosted by the Crescent Hotel, and Audeze, among others.

Artists who performed: Andrew Cole, Reverend Shawn Amos, Jerome Holloway, and The Bart Davenport Blues Band.

We interviewed the performers and have video of their live sets, and will be sharing that video with you soon— here, and on our Virgin America in-flight entertainment channel.

Among the Boing Boing readers who won tickets and joined us for the fun was Rebecca DeLaTorre, who writes:

It was refreshing to celebrate a less popular musical genre in the studio which has helped to create the soundtrack to modern life. I look forward to seeing the offerings at the next Twilight session on October 16 but I must admit, it will be hard for me to be anymore impressed than I was at this week’s show.

Couldn’t have said it better myself. August’s Twilight Sessions was fun, September fantastic, and stay tuned for details on the October edition, which will feature a very special guest we’re sworn to secrecy about for now.
