The release of this photography collection is exciting news for those of us who grew up in the '80s digging hardcore punk, hiphop, and skate culture—and all who are fascinated by art that captures the spirit and freedom of that era.
Photographer Glen E. Friedman's new book, “My Rules,” is being released on the 20th anniversary of the original publication of “Fuck You Heroes,” his landmark punk/skate/hiphop tome.
This is Friedman's first large-format coffeetable book with Rizzoli, released today, and features incredible images of so many great bands, performers, and personalities that made eighties underground culture legendary. Do not sleep on this one: [Amazon Link].
