Drew:

Paintball Sentry Gun ($(removed)) I bought the Heavy Turret version which I swear was not $(removed) when I bought it but I thought it was kinda underpriced so there you go. Also comes in mini-turret size if you’re more of a plug and play kind of mom or dad ($(removed)). Honestly this thing is so good of a shot it isn’t fair, but it’s great payback for a day of your kids bugging the shit out of you. You could also put a real gun on it but that’s not recommended for use with your kids (outside of Florida)

Nerf Vortex Blaster ($(removed)) (Photo above) So clearly you need to arm the kids to make them feel like it’s a fair fight. Comes with scope, acceleration trigger, ammo shaped like mini frisbees, and full-auto capability. This thing has no chance against the Paintball Sentry Gun but against unarmed cats and smaller siblings they should be able to dump an entire clip of mini discs into their targets in under a second.

Xeni:

Apple news Apple recently launched a minor update to its line of Retina MacBook Pros. An iPhone 6 is rumored to be on the way, possibly mid-October. Also look for “iWatch, OS X Yosemite, new iPads, and new Macs” that month, according to MacRumors. A 12-inch Retina MacBook Air could be in the works, as well as other MBP upgrades. Meanwhile, watch for brief online deals for Macbook Air and Pro at third-party online retailers (no Amazon link: the $(removed) Air I bought 24 hours ago there is now $(removed) again).

Oral-B Professional Healthy Clean + Floss Action Precision 5000 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush ($(removed)) I am a longtime Sonicare user, but not anymore. This makes my pearly whites feel as clean as when I walk out of the dentist’s office. “Unlike brushes that just vibrate, Oral-B’s clinically proven technology pulsates to break up plaque and oscillates & rotates to sweep plaque away.” It promises “up to 50% more brush movements than leading sonic technology.”

Mark:

My Cloud Mirror ($(removed)) A personal cloud storage system that lets you share links to files with other people. It also has smartphone apps so you can access files remotely. It has two drives for redundant backup.

Yogaglo online yoga ($(removed)/month) A large library of yoga and meditation videos ranging from 5 minutes to 120 minutes. Every skill level is offered. Carla loves it and I did it with her on vacation. New videos are added every day and you can save the ones you like for offline viewing.
