Regarding Comcast's response to the Ryan Block/Veronica Belmont torture session recording, BB pal Matthew Williams says, "Comcast, after instructing its employees not to take 'No,' for an answer, is now throwing its representative under the bus because he refused to take 'No,' for an answer. Note the line from Senior VP Tom Karinshak: 'We are very embarrassed by the way our employee spoke with Mr. Block and Ms. Belmont and are contacting them to personally apologize.' So Tom is going to call Ryan and ask him why he wants to cancel his service."
