Michael Egan III, a former aspiring model/actor, has withdrawn a lawsuit that charged David Neuman with sexually abusing him during trips to Hawaii in 1999.
Neuman is a former Disney exec who joined scandal-ridden ’90s online video startup Digital Entertainment Network, and later worked with Current TV.
Egan’s attorneys filed papers in U.S. District Court in Honolulu dismissing the case against Neuman, who is one of four men Egan accused of sexually abusing him when he was a teen. Separately, Egan also filed claims against “X-Men” director Bryan Singer, former NBC and WB television executive Garth Ancier and producer Gary Goddard.
