Thailand's military National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) has decided that protesters who flash the anti-coup three-finger sign, which they've adopted en masse from 'The Hunger Games,' are subject to arrest and criminal charges.
The Bangkok Post was first to report, and Robert Mackey has a good roundup at the New York Times. Here's the AP's coverage. Newley Purnell, WSJ's man in Thailand, has an item here.
