You guys, people like to eat kale and the New York Times is on it, with a profile of various figures who have popularized the veggie, and developed new and delightful strains.
Interesting side note in that story: in 2011, homophobic chicken restaurant Chick-fil-A sued Bo Muller-Moore, the guy who makes "Eat More Kale" shirts, arguing that his shirts could cause confusion with the chain's “Eat Mor Chikin” ads.
Kale lovers and haters can agree on one thing: the Twitter novelty account @daily_kale. And with that, dear reader, I am off to the farmer's market to buy some delicious kale. Not kidding.
