Crafting your own Stormtrooper uniform from recycled bicycle tires takes time. As does constructing a TARDIS replica from discarded hubcaps. But to unclog your inbox, all you need is 60 seconds.
While you’re busy with important projects, your inbox can fill up with dozens, if not hundreds, of unread email messages. Over 80% of this mail is graymail; newsletters, deals and updates that you signed up for but don’t always want. But don’t worry, Hotmail has powerful new tools that can help you identify and manage this graymail and to get started all you need is one minute.
View your newsletters by using the “Newsletters filter” and then move emails from multiple senders to a specific folder, or straight to the trash, with “Sweep”. “Schedule cleanup” can then move or delete emails as they reach a certain age, or just keep the most recent message from a specific sender.
Now that your graymail is under control you can get back to more important, time consuming projects, like fashioning a full set of Vulcan wedding costumes out vintage bottle caps.
