Debunking Jesus' brother's bone box

A stone box believed to have once contained the bones of Jesus’ brother James is a forgery. Known as an ossuary, the box was hyped as the oldest evidence that Jesus was real. It turns out that the ossuary is from the correct era, archaeologists say, but the Aramaic inscription on its side – “James, son of Joseph, brother of Jesus” – was a relatively recent addition. Link
