Just heard from a reliable source that Elcomsoft — the employers of Dmitry Skylarov, the Russian programmer who was arrested for giving a technical talk discussing the flaws in Adobe's eBook security — was found not guilty on all counts! Woohoo! No link yet, but Lisa Rein's blog has done a great job of aggregating first-hand coverage of the trial by others and by her.
