Great story about "The Phantom Edit," a fan-cut of Phantom Menace that slices out all the gratuitously stupid, cutesy garbage. I saw Attack of the Clowns on Thursday, and I fear that a similar effort to remove every egregiously dumbass line of dialog would reduce the movie to a 12-second short.
