Trailer for new 'Godzilla' movie looks pretty cool

A new trailer for the new Godzilla movie, out May 16, just hit the internets. Looks promising, and will be offered in IMAX 3D for pants-crapping thrills. From the Hollywood Reporter:

The trailer also suggests a shift in focus for the movie, with Godzilla being restored to his occasional role of humanity’s defender against other menaces. “Can you kill it?” asks Aaron Taylor-Johnson of Watanabe as we see the flying creature terrorize the occupants of a building. “I believe something can,” Watanabe responds. As Godzilla is revealed, Taylor-Johnson whispers, “A monster …” only to be corrected, “No — a god.”

Gareth Edwards directs. The film stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson ("Kick-Ass"), Ken Watanabe ("The Last Samurai," "Inception"), Elizabeth Olsen ("Martha Marcy May Marlene"), Juliette Binoche ("The English Patient," "Cosmopolis"), and Sally Hawkins ("Blue Jasmine"), with David Strathairn ("Good Night, and Good Luck," "The Bourne Legacy") and Bryan Cranston ("Argo," "Breaking Bad").
